Successment enters its third year as a startup ecosystem builder in Tulsa, OK, after successful program partnerships with Build in Tulsa Techstars Accelerator in 2023 and the We Build Accelerator Powered by Build in Tulsa in 2024.
For 2025, we will continue to un-complicate revenue operations under the RevOps Science® framework for Build in Tulsa startup alums.
RevOps Science® delivers recurring revenue growth by refining revenue strategy, marketing, sales enablement, and client retention into an agile revenue operation.
The Successment team, led by founder and CEO Jonathan J Mentor, will combine on-site training with virtual workshops and online resources during a 6-month RevOp Science Training Pilot designed to ignite growth for Build in Tulsa startups.
This continued engagement highlights Successment’s United Nations World Summit Award nomination for the #ProvokeVisibility Campaign and its mission to ignite $100M in annual revenue generation for the underrepresented startup ecosystem.

The three objectives of Successment’s RevOps Science Training Pilot, called the B2B Growth Lab, are:
- Center Tulsa startups on their first $1M ARR by taking a scientific approach to revenue operations (RevOps) under the RevOps Science® framework.
- Set the Gold Standard of accelerator programming focusing on revenue outcomes and a hyper-focus on executing strategy, marketing, sales enablement, and client retention.
- Incentivize startups to build the local startup economy, which will contribute to global growth and visibility for underrepresented tech startups originating in Tulsa, OK.
RevOps Science® consists of 3 P’s of Profit: Process, Performance, and Progress. This framework ignites a startup’s recurring revenue growth by emphasizing data, alignment of strategy, refinement of deployment, and provision of RevOps assets.
The pilot in Tulsa is part of Successment’s Spark Studio Program, which offers RevOps program solutions for startup ecosystem builders like VC/PE firms, universities, and accelerators.
